New Jersey is a state located in the Northeastern and Middle Atlantic regions of the United States of America. It rests generally among the straggling metropolitan districts of New York City and Philadelphia. It is classified to be the most compactly populated state in the US.

New Jersey has also been classified as “the least annoying” state in the US. It is also the single state that has no state song.
Currently, New Jersey owns five teams from significant professional sports leagues performing in the state. Although, there are only two of them that have the state’s name. The NHL’s New Jersey Devils is one of these two major league franchisess to contain the state’s name. The other one is the NBA’s New Jersey Nets who are looking in to move to Brooklyn in 2012. Both of these teams play their home games at the Prudential Center which is located in Newark. The other three teams are the New York Giants (NFL), New York Jets (NFL) and New York Red Bulls (Major League Soccer). The New York – New Jersey Metropolitan Area’s two NFL teams both play in East Rutherford at New Meadowlands Stadium as the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer play in Red Bull Arena which is situated in Harrison beyond of Downtown Newark.
